Fighting for Justice

Today I received an email from my pastor. Along with news and other such things about happenings in the church, he included this video:





I also came across something else today.

I subscribe to the LA Homeless Blog and today's entry was entitled: They Got Him. I felt happy as I had been reading about this case for a while, but the entirety of the entry made me sad. I felt like there was a very close link between this video and the article... people don't care. We say we care. But if we did care, wouldn't we do something about the babies or about the homeless? Instead, we give lip service to our 'passions' and do nothing about them. That isn't caring.

Do I actually REALLY care? Sometimes I'm not so sure...
